Colombia Day 5- Flying Home

After some hard goodbyes, we flew home.

We got up early and took a bus to the airport. I was so sad to say goodbye to everyone who had been so nice and helpful throughout the trip. I had an amazing time teaching, street performing, and exploring the city. I hope I will be able to go back and visit soon.

We got on a flight to Ft. Lauderdale. Once there we said goodbye to Ernesto and Rowan. We then had lunch and boarded our flight back to Salt Lake. We landed late around 10pm and had dinner at In-and-out before driving back to Idaho Falls. I stayed up and talked with Matt to help keep him awake while everyone else slept, because they had class tomorrow.

We got back around 2 in the morning and I said a sleepy goodbye to everyone. Monica and Matt were nice enough to let me stay at their house so I wouldn't have to drive home from Salt Lake that late at night.

The next morning I slept in and then drove a short five hours back home.
